Before Carl Perry Construction was established in 1989, Carl worked for a local home builder for many years. He is a reputable, hands on builder who is on the job sight daily. Carl operates his business as a Christian business with honesty, integrity, and pride of workmanship.
Insured and licensed by The State of Tennessee and approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Member of The Builder Association of Greater Knoxville. Carl builds custom homes ranging from 1000 to 5000 sq ft.
